Merry Christmas every one. May you all be safe and sound if you must travel. Enjoy the family and the people you are with. Forget your diet even if it just for a day. Laugh loud and hard and remember what to be grateful for. This joyous occasion let it fill you through and through. If your loved ones are not near call them up and listen to their voices. This is just one of the times we need to recall the ones who are near and dear to our hearts.

It is nearing the end of 2011. I wanted to wish every one a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May it be full of happiness and joy. May you smile a lot among yourselves and with the people you care about. Let the year be filled with less pain of any kind and pass on forward goodness that you receive yourselves. I wish good things for all of you, regardless of the size of the package. Love and be loved- give and be able to receive from others. It has been a long year for my family but we are hanging in there. May you all do the same.
